Overview

As a Senior Designer at Section, I collaborated with the OCBC Digital Wealth Customer Experience team to improve the UX of financial products under Digital Wealth, including foreign exchange transactions, wealth insights content, and translation of design system.

Foreign Exchange (app)

Led the design of the Foreign Exchange (FX) on app to enhance usability and accessibility.

Foreign Exchange (web)

FX was a new web feature on OCBC internet banking. Without a design system in place, an opportunity arose to create a scalable, user-friendly experience aligned with existing products like Precious Metals.

Global Web Experience (Design System)

Spearheaded the migration from Carbon Design on Sketch to Atomic Design framework on Figma to unify product experiences.

Wealth Insights

Improve the content experience for OCBC’s wealth management publications, balancing UX with editorial design for financial advisory content.
